BUILD GOOD HABITS FROM A YOUNG AGE

Aside from my fitness and personal training business, I also run a Taekwon-Do school,  Dynamic Taekwon-Do, we are like a family, that specialises in training with children from a young age, carefully guiding them through obstacles, all the way up to senior class.

Dynamic Taekwon-Do conducts children’s classes every Tuesday and Thursday. The Mini-Kids class runs from 4.45 pm to 5.30 pm for kids aged between 4 and 7. We also offer a Junior class from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm for those between the ages of 8 and 12. If you are 13 years old or older, feel free to join our Senior class, which runs from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.

 

A typical Tiny Tots class incorporates games and many fun activities for kids to pick up teamwork skills, provides a fun learning experience and is easy for little ones to follow. The Junior class is a great fitness- and confidence-building session that encourages children to develop self-discipline.
