Potato fitness
I've spent most of June preparing for my uni exams in Occupational Therapy and had to put my training on hold. Now that exams are over, I'm working hard to catch up to where I was physically before the exams. Not going to lie - it's been a hard slog!
Back in May, after my Taekwon-Do competition in Melbourne, I set myself a goal to lose 7.5 kg by the end of August so I could fight in a lower weight division for the winter tournament in September. I'm too short to fight in my current weight category. Most of the contestants in the same category are at least 10 cm taller than I am, which makes me feel like a potato.

I am currently trying to maintain a 5-day routine consisting of 30-minute workouts daily, including 2 days of weightlifting to lose body fat while maintaining my muscle mass.
Diet-wise - since I'm a lazy potato, the plan is to make small but smart changes to my diet so I am eating healthier but also wouldn't have to obsess over calorie counting.
If you would like to find out what my exercise routine and diet are, feel free to send me a message at my Facebook page or my website.
