Potato fitness

I've spent most of June preparing for my uni exams in Occupational Therapy and had to put my training on hold. Now that exams are over, I'm working hard to catch up to where I was physically before the exams. Not going to lie - it's been a hard slog! Back in May, after my Taekwon-Do competition in Melbourne, I set myself a goal to lose 7.5 kg by the end of August so I could fight in a lower weight division for the winter tournament in September. I'm too short to fight in my current weight category. Most of the contestants in the same category are at least 10 cm taller than I am, which makes me feel like a potato.
